On Friday, September 12th, Frankie's Supper Club is bringing the soulful, vibrant, and utterly delicious spirit of New Orleans right here to Lubbock. For this special journey, we're bringing together a powerhouse of local talent to create a one-night-only celebration of flavor.

We are honored to partner with Chef Jeramey Gillilan, a true culinary ambassador of the Crescent City, who will be crafting a multi-course menu that is a tribute to classic Cajun cuisine. And to pair alongside his incredible dishes, we are thrilled to feature the iconic wines of Lubbock's own McPherson Cellars.

Pairing wine with the bold, complex flavors of Cajun cooking is a delicious challenge. To meet it, Frankie's co-founder and Sommelier, Matt, has personally collaborated with the McPherson team, diving deep into their portfolio to curate a flight of exceptional wines that will not only stand up to the spice but elevate every soulful dish.
