Join us for Frankie's Supper Club: Modern South America, an intimate dinner that goes beyond borders to celebrate a chef's unique vision. This is more than a meal; it's a conversation between two cultures, served on a plate.

The Experience: A Chef's Culinary Dialogue

Guiding us on this journey is the incredibly talented Chef Pablo Useche. Born in Argentina and raised in Venezuela, Chef Pablo's cuisine is a personal, contemporary dialogue between the two lands that shaped him. Expect the unexpected as he masterfully blends the fire-kissed, soulful traditions of the Argentine asado with the bright, tropical, and vibrant flavors of the Venezuelan kitchen.

As always, Frankie's co-founder and Sommelier, Matt, will be your guide through the evening's libations. He will curate a flight of exceptional wines from across the globe, each one hand-selected to complement and elevate Chef Pablo's modern, cross-cultural creations.
